COURSE REFUND POLICY

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND, YOU MUST: EMAIL (CUSTOMERSUPPORT@CYPRXTRADING.COM) WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR COURSE ACCESS TO INFORM US OF YOUR REFUND DECISION. 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A FULL REFUND, YOU MUST ALSO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE WITHIN THE SAME 24 HOUR WINDOW. RECEIPT MUST BE ATTACHED TO EMAIL. IF RECEIPT IS NOT ATTACHED TO EMAIL YOU ARE SUBJECT TO PARTIAL REFUNDS.

IF WE RECEIVE AN EMAIL REQUEST FOR A FULL REFUND WITHIN THIS 24 HOUR WINDOW, YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED.

REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS. IF YOU MISS THE 24 HOUR WINDOW TO REQUEST A FULL REFUND, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED.

NOTE: PURCHASER MUST HAVE ACCESS TO PAY PAL, VENMO, CASH-APP, OR ZELLE PAYMENT PLATFORMS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE REFUND. IF PURCHASER IS UNABLE TO RECEIVE REFUNDS VIA THESE LISTED PLATFORMS, OUR REFUND TEAM WILL BE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST.
